The 2025 Southern Cuisine Festival brings together more than 30 traditional food stalls from the provinces of the Southwest region. The unique highlight of the festival is the re-enactment of the old Southern countryside market space with bamboo frames, thatched roofs, and vendors' cries... Accompanying the festival, Vietnam Livestock Industry Corporation (Vissan) has implemented a food area inspired by Southern street food, clearly demonstrating the role of connecting traditional values and modern consumption trends.

The festival helps visitors explore the depth of the culinary culture typical of the South with a variety of dishes, traditional cakes, and drinks. Each dish is a story, a memory, and a unique charm of each land. In addition, the scene "On the wharf, under the boat" brings visitors to the bustling trading scene on the rivers of the Southwest.
The festival also includes a Southern Delicacies Competition. Along with promoting and honoring cuisine, the festival also introduces to the public typical Southern folk art forms such as: Don ca tai tu, ho doi dap, river garden art, etc. Visitors can experience weaving, pottery, coconut candy, and rice paper making.

Along with the food festival, in the summer of 2025, Dam Sen Cultural Park will host many exciting programs such as: Carnival parade, circus performances, cheerleading... and free tickets for children on International Children's Day June 1. The 2025 Southern Cuisine Festival will welcome visitors to visit and experience the cuisine until June 1.
