Tuyen Quang Newspaper grants funding to support temporary housing demolition for 2 poor households in Cong Da commune

Attending the event were comrade Mai Duc Thong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Tuyen Quang Newspaper, Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association, leaders of the Yen Son District International Front Committee and the People's Committee of Cong Da Commune.

Editor-in-Chief of Tuyen Quang Newspaper Mai Duc Thong presented funding to support the construction of a new house for Mr. Sung Gia Hu's family, Khuan Tro village, Cong Da commune (Yen Son).

The households supported to build new houses include: Mr. Ma Van Tuyet, Tay ethnic group, Dong Giang village and Mr. Sung Gia Hu, Nung ethnic group, Khuan Tro village, Cong Da commune, each household received support of 60 million VND/house from Tuyen Quang Newspaper.

Over the years, Tuyen Quang Newspaper has always focused on social security work. The newspaper has a column called “Humanitarian Bridge” on Tuyen Quang Online Newspaper and Weekend Newspaper, helping many people in difficult circumstances.

In particular, responding to the emulation movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in the period of 2024-2025" launched by the Prime Minister , Tuyen Quang Newspaper has built and repaired 10 charity houses. In 2024 alone, Tuyen Quang Newspaper coordinated with businesses and philanthropists to build 5 new houses worth nearly 1 billion VND.

With the desire to provide a small amount of support to help poor and near-poor households in Cong Da commune reduce their difficulties, have decent housing, stabilize their lives to develop the economy , Tuyen Quang Newspaper has provided funding to support the construction of new houses for poor and near-poor households in the commune.
