Bao Viet: Profit after tax in the first 9 months of 2025 increased by 35.3% over the same period

Bao Viet Group (BVH) announced its business results for the first 9 months of 2025 (before audit), in which the Parent Company and its member units recorded positive growth.

Bao Viet Group's total consolidated revenue reached VND 44,107 billion, up 4.7%; consolidated profit after tax reached VND 2,189 billion, up 35.3% over the same period in 2024. Total consolidated assets as of September 30, 2025 reached about 10.5 billion USD, equivalent to VND 272,801 billion, up 8.6% compared to December 31, 2024.

The Parent Company's total revenue reached VND 1,328 billion, profit after tax reached VND 942 billion, growing by 8.5% and 8.8% respectively over the same period in 2024.

Bao Viet plans to spend more than VND 783 billion to pay dividends for the 2024 fiscal year in cash, equivalent to 10.551% of the par value of shares. With strong financial potential, leading capital and asset scale among insurance companies, Bao Viet always fulfills its commitments to shareholders, increasing value for investors.

Recently, storms No. 9 (Ragasa), No. 10 (Bualoi), No. 11 (Matmo) consecutively swept into our country with very strong intensity, causing heavy damage to people and property in the Northern and North Central regions. With the spirit of "The whole leaf covers the torn leaf", responding to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Government Party Committee, Bao Viet Group called on officers and consultants in the entire system to join hands to share and support more than 4 billion VND to send to compatriots affected by storms and floods.

Specifically, by each member unit, by the end of September 2025, Bao Viet Insurance Corporation's total revenue reached VND9,610 billion, an increase of 8.5% over the same period. Profit after tax reached VND199 billion, a great effort in the context of continuous natural disasters and floods, causing increased compensation costs.

Bao Viet Life Corporation's total revenue reached VND 33,350 billion, up 3.7% over the same period in 2024. Profit after tax reached VND 1,562 billion, up sharply by 59.1% over the same period in 2024, affirming the stable business performance and solid financial foundation of the enterprise.

For Bao Viet Fund Management Company (Baoviet Fund, BVF), the 9 months recorded quite impressive business results, affirming its leading position through outstanding investment performance of open-end funds and internationally recognized reputation. Total net assets under management (AUM) reached more than VND 152,000 billion, equivalent to about USD 5.8 billion, up 8.5% compared to December 31, 2024. Revenue reached VND 157.3 billion and profit after tax reached VND 76.2 billion, up 17.5% and 21.3% respectively over the same period last year.

At the end of the third quarter of 2025, Bao Viet Securities Company (BVSC) achieved VND 762 billion in total revenue, up 6.1% over the same period, and after-tax profit reached VND 164 billion, up 12.1% over the same period; continuing to affirm its stable growth capacity in the context of a volatile market.
