Central Bank Youth ready for the 23rd Congress of the Youth Union: Pioneering - Courageous - Solidarity - Creativity - Development

Towards the important political event of the youth of the Central Bank (CB), preparations for the 23rd Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the CB for the 2025-2030 term are being carried out urgently, scientifically and creatively. The Congress is not only an occasion to summarize the journey of striving for the period of 2022-2025, but also a milestone to arouse the aspiration to contribute, affirm the mettle, intelligence and pioneering spirit of the young generation of the CB in the period of innovation and deep international integration. The Congress will take place in two sessions on November 6 in Hanoi.

Immediately after receiving instructions from the Standing Committee of the Government Youth Union, the Executive Committee of the Central Youth Union proactively issued a plan to organize the Congress and established sub-committees to serve the Congress, including: Content Sub-committee, Propaganda Sub-committee, Personnel Sub-committee, Logistics Sub-committee, and Artistic and Celebration Decoration Sub-committee. Each sub-committee was clearly assigned tasks, progress and implementation criteria, ensuring thorough preparation, solemn organization, economy and efficiency.

The work of drafting the Congress documents was carried out meticulously and scientifically, closely following the orientation of the Party Committee of the State Bank and the Youth Union of Central Agencies. The political report presented to the Congress summarized the results of implementing the Resolution of the 22nd Congress in depth, pointed out lessons learned and set out directions and goals for the new term, emphasizing the role of youth union members in key areas such as digital transformation, administrative reform, innovation, development of high-quality human resources and spreading the humanistic values ​​of the banking industry.
