On May 12, Mr. Nguyen Van Minh, Vice Chairman of Nha Trang City People's Committee, said that local forces caught the man red-handed committing perverted acts in front of girls on the city's beach and brought him to the ward headquarters for handling according to regulations.

"This subject has been taken to the ward People's Committee headquarters to take a statement and write a commitment. Currently, the authorities continue to work, and when there are specific results, we will announce them later," said Mr. Minh.

Previously, on Facebook, many images and videos were circulated recording the "ugly" scene of a pervert on the rocky beaches near the scenic area of ​​Hon Chong - Hon Do (Nha Trang city).

Accordingly, a man exposed his genitals when he saw girls coming here to take pictures.

This behavior has caused great outrage in the community, many people have asked the authorities to quickly investigate and handle it according to the law.

Upon receiving the information, Nha Trang City People's Committee directed Vinh Tho ward to arrange forces to increase patrols and ambush to handle the pervert.

According to information from the Khanh Hoa Provincial Monuments Conservation Center, Hon Chong - Hon Do scenic spot is located on the shore of Nha Trang Bay, in Vinh Phuoc and Vinh Tho wards. In 1998, this place was ranked as a national monument.
