Closing of the Fine Arts Creation Camp "Lam Dong Literature and Arts 50 years after the country's reunification"

(LĐ online) - On the morning of May 31, Lam Dong Literature and Arts Association held the closing ceremony of the 2024 fine arts creation camp with the participation of the Association's leaders, the Department of Culture - Information and Sports of Da Lat City and 15 painters and sculptors attending the camp.

This creative camp has the theme “ Lam Dong Literature and Arts 50 Years After National Reunification” to encourage artists to create works of high ideological and artistic value, contributing to fostering and strongly arousing the spirit of patriotism, the will of self-reliance, the strength of national solidarity and the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country; at the same time, highlighting the achievements in the construction and development of Lam Dong homeland since the national reunification.

After 10 days (May 22-31), 15 painters and sculptors with their creative passion created 21 works including 16 paintings, 2 round statues, 2 reliefs, and 1 installation.

The content of the works is diverse and rich, reflecting the development, the beauty in life, culture, and people. That is the beautiful natural landscape of Da Lat - Lam Dong, the cultural identity of the ethnic community, the vibrant rhythm of life constantly developing and progressing... has been depicted in every line and color of the visual artists.

The works created at the creative camp will participate in the 2024 Southeast region fine arts exhibition taking place in Binh Duong.
