33 students who won national prizes were admitted directly to non-specialized high school grade 10.

Accordingly, the whole province has 33 students directly admitted to grade 10 of non-specialized high schools (public high schools) in the 2025-2026 school year. These are students who won prizes in national competitions, contests, and competitions on physical education, sports, culture, and science and technology organized by the Ministry of Education and Training or in coordination with ministerial-level agencies.

Based on the number of students eligible for direct admission, the Department of Education and Training allocates quotas to non-specialized high schools in the province. Based on the instructions of the Department of Education and Training and the allocated quotas, the Principals of the schools organize direct admission for registered students and submit them to the Department of Education and Training for approval.

In 4 high schools in Vinh Yen city (Tran Phu High School, Vinh Yen High School, Nguyen Thai Hoc High School and Kim Ngoc High School), there will be 1 school that will directly admit the most 3 students, including 2 students with achievements in sports , 1 student who won cultural, scientific and technical awards.

In addition, according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the instructions of the Department of Education and Training, there are students who are eligible for direct admission without having to allocate quotas: Students of ethnic boarding schools at the junior high school level; students from very small ethnic minorities (including the following ethnic groups: Cong, Mang, Pu Peo, Si La, Co Lao, Bo Y, La Ha, Ngai, Chut, O Du, Brau, Ro Mam, Lo Lo, Lu, Pa Then, La Hu); students with disabilities who are directly admitted to a high school in their residential area.
