The University Medical Center of Ho Chi Minh City has achieved a series of top-tier quality indicators in this field. Notable indicators include door-to-needle time (the time from the hospital entrance to the administration of thrombolytic therapy). Not exceeding 30 minutes compared to the general standard of under 60 minutes. Door-to-intervention time was within the optimal range (time from hospital entrance to needle aspiration for thrombectomy); 100% of patients suspected of stroke were diagnosed by CT or MRI within the first 15 minutes, while the standard was 45 minutes.

Most notably, the rate of stroke patients receiving reperfusion therapy has now reached over 25%. No stroke cases have been missed or delayed in the emergency care, treatment, and care process at the hospital.
