Demi Moore's weight loss tips while filming 'Indecent Proposal'

Demi Moore has just attended press conferences to promote her new movie The Substance.

"I put so much pressure on myself. And I've had experiences where I've been told to lose weight. Even though it can be embarrassing, that's what I did to myself," Demi Moore said.

The actress lived in Malibu, California at the time of filming Indecent Proposal at Paramount Pictures in Hollywood. She decided to bike to and from the set every day to lose weight, covering a total of about 60 miles.

"Scout was only five or six months old at the time. I would feed her all night, wake up before dawn with a bike with lights on, and ride all the way to Paramount Pictures, shoot all day, often 12 hours, and then ride home. It's crazy, ridiculous what I did to my body," she said.

Demi Moore recently attended press conferences to promote her new film The Substance , which won the Best Screenplay award at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival.

In Indecent Proposal , Demi Moore plays a woman going through a difficult marriage when a stranger offers her a million dollars to spend the night with her. It was the 6th highest-grossing film of 1993, grossing $266 million worldwide.
