The rural traffic route in Hamlet 6, Tan Trach Commune, was previously a 2m wide embankment road. To widen the road, Mr. Tuoi went to each house and persuaded nearly 100 households to donate more than 3,400m2 of land. Initially, the mobilization was difficult because many people did not agree. Thanks to his persistent explanation, Mr. Tuoi gradually convinced people to voluntarily donate land and contribute construction costs.

Mr. Tuoi shared: “We mobilized the people to agree to widen each side of the road by 1.5m to make the road surface 5m wide as it is now. Children who came back to visit their families and saw the meaningfulness of the project, so they also contributed funds, thanks to which the road was paved with bluestone along the entire route.”

The rural traffic route has a section from Provincial Road 830 to Mr. Nguyen Van Minh's house (Hamlet 6, Tan Trach Commune, Can Duoc District) nearly 1.5km long, the current road surface is 5m wide, paved with blue stone, the cost of implementation is more than 700 million VND, contributed by the people.

Mr. Nguyen Van Minh said: “At first, my family was also concerned because the land could not be donated. But after Mr. Tuoi persuaded and explained carefully, I and the surrounding families agreed to donate land to build a wider road.” In 2024, Mr. Tuoi and the local government also mobilized the people of Tan Trach commune to complete the inter-hamlet road 4A and 4B with a total cost of more than 1 billion VND contributed by the people.

With his efforts, Mr. Tuoi was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the District People's Committee as a Party member who excellently completed his tasks in the 2019-2024 period./.
