The delegation visited and presented gifts to three families of policy beneficiaries: Mr. Tran Van Thanh (61% disabled), Mrs. Le Thi Hong Nguyet (28% disabled) and Mr. Le Thanh Hung (45% disabled). These are all families who made many contributions to the resistance war, directly participated in revolutionary activities, were injured in combat, and many played important roles in the local guerrilla movement.
At each destination, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Quyet kindly inquired about the health and lives of the families; encouraged the wounded soldiers to continue to maintain their health, live happily and healthily, and set a good example for their children and the community. He affirmed that the Party and State always remember and respect the great sacrifices of previous generations for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
The Provincial Party Secretary also requested local Party committees and authorities to continue to pay more attention to the work of "Repaying gratitude", taking care of the material and spiritual life of those with meritorious services, especially those who are still in difficulty and lonely; promptly supporting house repairs, improving living conditions, ensuring that policy families live in a safe, warm and affectionate environment./.
