This morning (November 19), comrade Thai Dai Ngoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee inspected and directed the response to this special heavy rain and flood in some localities. Accompanying him was Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Thanh.
As of this morning, many roads and residential areas in Quy Nhon and Quy Nhon Bac wards and Tuy Phuoc commune have been isolated by floodwaters, with water levels over 1 meter in some places.

Based on the actual rain and flood developments, continue to review and increase means to support people in moving out of unsafe areas.
The Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Police mobilize shock forces to support people in evacuating; raise high places to protect property from flooding; and at the same time organize guidance and traffic regulation in areas at risk of landslides, slides, and deep flooding, ensuring absolute safety. Disperse and arrange forces, especially in vulnerable areas, at risk of flooding and prolonged isolation to promptly support people; provide relief with food, provisions, and necessities for people. The highest goal is to ensure people's safety and minimize human losses caused by floods.
