At the meeting, Mr. Ha Van Tuan informed about the city's socio -economic, defense and security situation in the first 10 months of 2025; the results of the restructuring and arrangement of key leadership positions of the city; the situation of overcoming natural disasters; the remaining tasks of 2025; and answered voters' opinions and recommendations at the meeting in the first 6 months of 2025.
Voters of Huong Tra ward raised a number of opinions and recommendations related to procedures for granting and changing driving licenses; dividing plots of land; relocating 7 households in Giap Tu residential group to resettlement areas; putting into medium-term investment the planned roads in residential group 1; repairing, upgrading, installing lighting systems, naming some roads; building embankments to prevent landslides; installing a drainage system on Provincial Road 16...
Mr. Nguyen Viet Ha, Chairman of Huong Tra Ward People's Committee, received and explained the contents within his authority, and committed to handling the remaining issues as soon as possible.
After answering and clarifying some issues, Mr. Ha Van Tuan requested Huong Tra Ward to focus on resolving the voters' legitimate petitions. Issues beyond the authority of the City People's Council delegation will be compiled and transferred to relevant agencies for consideration at the upcoming 11th session.
On the same day, at Chan May - Lang Co commune, Delegation Group No. 7, City People's Council including Mr. Nguyen Van Manh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs and Ms. Tran Thi Kim Loan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City , President of the Women's Union of Hue City had a meeting with voters of Chan May - Lang Co commune and Vinh Loc commune.

On behalf of Delegation Group No. 7 of Hue City People's Council, Ms. Tran Thi Kim Loan, Vice President of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, President of Hue City Women's Union informed about some socio-economic and national defense situation in the first 10 months of 2025, and the direction and tasks for the last months of 2025 of the City People's Committee. Specifically, the number of tourists is estimated at nearly 5.4 million, up 66% over the same period; the industrial production index in October increased by 7.5%; the city granted 41 new projects and adjusted capital for 23 projects with a total registered capital of more than 31,496 billion VND; budget revenue in 10 months reached about 11,800 billion VND, equal to 92.5% of the estimate. The fields of culture, education , national defense and security continue to be ensured.
Voters of Chan May - Lang Co commune proposed a number of issues, including the resolution of landslides in Bu Lu river; compensation policy for site clearance; the need for specific mechanisms and policies related to land division in multi-generational families; investment in some damaged and flooded roads; handling land disputes between households; resolving payment regimes for part-time officials after the reorganization of commune-level administrative units...
The leaders of Chan May - Lang Co Commune People's Committee have received and explained the contents under their authority, and at the same time said that they will continue to urgently handle the remaining issues as soon as possible.
After answering and clarifying some issues, Mr. Nguyen Van Manh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, acknowledged the opinions and requested the local government to focus on resolving the people's legitimate petitions.
