The fact that BIDV's 7 IT products and solutions won the Sao Khue 2025 Award continues to affirm BIDV's position as a commercial bank with the leading readiness index for information technology (ICT) development and application in Vietnam. This also affirms the bank's pioneering role in applying information technology and pioneering innovation, which is the result of promoting the creation of digital ecosystems in the bank's operations.

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) was honored with 7 information technology products and solutions at the Sao Khue Awards 2025.

Specifically, technology products and solutions include the B.ONE system - Digital Workplace. This is a seamless, multi-tasking, multi-platform browser tool that effectively manages internal resources to focus on workflow. The system has many functions built in detail, focusing on user experience. Deployed across the bank with a digitization rate of nearly 90% of staff business processes, B.ONE has the ability to search for information powerfully, multi-dimensionally and effectively.

The second is the Electronic Guarantee solution connecting the national online bidding system. This is considered a superior digital solution that helps customers reduce paperwork and transmit electronic guarantee letters in a timely manner to seize bidding opportunities. The program has created a connection channel that helps customers conduct online transactions anytime, anywhere; transaction status and transaction results are monitored and updated immediately... bringing convenience, cost and time savings to customers. In addition, customers can easily look up transactions and store electronic records with high security.

Third, the Gen AI program supports searching for product and service information to support Customer Care Center consultants in asking and answering questions in natural language, automatically searching for information and synthesizing answers so that consultants have a basis for consulting and supporting customers fully, quickly and accurately, thereby improving work efficiency, increasing service quality and customer satisfaction.

Fourth, the e-ID solution for corporate customers makes opening a bank account simple and fast, without the limitations of distance and time. Customers only need 10 minutes to register and can start receiving money immediately without having to go to the transaction office. The service registration steps are all automated, from document recognition to information completion, helping customers save time and limit errors in the information declaration process. Businesses can also transfer money within 4 hours after completing the registration. These improvements also help reduce manual repetitive tasks to focus on providing better experiences for customers.

Fifth is Esign - BIDV's centralized digital signature system. This is a platform that provides digital signature services for documents, forms and messages in banking operations. With the completion of the entire legal framework from customers to banks, the system is considered an important solution in building BIDV's digital journeys and service products.

The sixth is the automatic salary advance loan solution on SmartBanking. A pioneering solution in digitizing the entire customer loan journey, providing financial support for employees at businesses/organizations that pay salaries through BIDV accounts, helping to improve user experience, reduce the burden of human resources and finance for businesses.

Finally, there is the Feng Shui and Astrology Account. This is a breakthrough product that combines technology and local culture to personalize the customer experience. The system uses AI to suggest suitable account numbers based on date of birth, destiny or zodiac sign, while designing a Feng Shui-appropriate color interface and providing personality interpretation content for each customer. The product attracts a large number of young users, especially Gen Z - a customer group with a high tendency for personalization.
