Firstly , complete 100% of the Ministry of Industry and Trade's legal document development program on time (except in exceptional cases).
Second , ensure 100% of programs and plans on administrative reform and administrative procedure control of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Third , the Industry and Trade sector strives to achieve the following targets: Industrial production index (IIP) increases by about 9.5 - 12%; goods export reaches 454.2 billion USD. Total export turnover increases by 12%, striving to increase by about 14%; total retail sales of goods and service revenue increases by about 10 - 12%; It is expected that electricity production and import will reach 347.5 billion kWh, an increase of 12.5%.
Fourth , implement, maintain and improve the quality management system according to National Standard TCVN ISO 9001: 2015.

Regarding the third goal, the Ministry of Industry and Trade requires the Ministry's leaders and leaders of units to balance energy sources and implement long-term policies and mechanisms to ensure no power shortage; coordinate with the Ministry of Finance to handle slow-progressing and ineffective projects; handle issues related to import and export, trade promotion, and foreign market development.
Advise the Government and the Inter-sectoral Steering Committee on implementing integration commitments; coordinate with local Departments of Industry and Trade in the fight against counterfeit goods, fake goods and trade fraud; implement the Domestic Trade Development Strategy for the period up to 2030 and orientation to 2035.
