In many localities today, dry rice transactions are slow, warehouses are asking to buy at low prices; early Summer-Autumn rice is scarce, prices are fluctuating. In Kien Giang , early Summer-Autumn rice is of poor quality, transactions are slow, prices tend to decrease.

In An Giang , the purchase and sale of Summer-Autumn rice is slow, with little price fluctuation. In Dong Thap, traders are slow to buy early Summer-Autumn rice, due to concerns about rainy weather and falling rice prices. In Can Tho, the demand for new Summer-Autumn rice is low, with little price fluctuation.

Recorded in localities today, the variety 50404, OM 380 has low supply, warehouses ask to buy quite a lot of good rice but are in short supply, prices are stable. In An Giang, transactions are stable, prices are stable. In Lap Vo (Dong Thap), the volume is sporadic, prices of all types of rice are stable. In Sa Dec (Dong Thap), prices of all types of rice are stable, transactions are slow.
