According to the Ministry of Education and Training , before the exam, more than 1,145,000 candidates registered to take the Math exam. However, in this afternoon's exam, only more than 1,138,000 candidates took the exam, reaching a rate of 99.4%.
This morning, candidates took the Literature exam, the only essay exam in this year's Graduation Exam. At the end of the exam, 10 candidates nationwide violated the regulations and were suspended from the exam by the invigilator.
In the afternoon, candidates will take the Math exam, which will last 90 minutes and will be in the form of multiple choice. There are 24 exam codes with structure and question format according to the 2018 General Education Program.
The Ministry of Education and Training said that 5 candidates violated exam regulations and were suspended from the exam.
Thus, on the first day of the exam, nationwide 15 candidates were suspended from the exam.
Previously, the Ministry of Education and Training requested that candidates study the regulations carefully and not violate any regulations during the exam. If they violate the regulations, candidates will be strictly punished according to the regulations, and their 12 years of studying will be "down the drain".

Tomorrow, candidates will continue to enter the second day of exams with many subjects. Candidates should note the items allowed in the exam room and the items that are prohibited.
In particular, candidates are not allowed to bring mobile phones or electronic devices into the exam room to avoid cheating.
