Ministry of Science and Technology announces 32 outstanding products, solutions, and initiatives in science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation

This event marks an important step forward in realizing the direction of General Secretary To Lam at the Second Session of the Central Steering Committee on Science and Technology Development, Innovation and Digital Transformation, assigning the Government Party Committee to direct the Ministry of Science and Technology to carry out this important task.

In order to carry out the assigned tasks, the Ministry of Science and Technology has urgently built and put into operation the Portal for products, solutions and initiatives of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation at nq57.mst.gov.vn (Portal nq57.mst.gov.vn), designed with a completely online processing procedure, including receiving, processing, evaluating and publishing results, ensuring publicity and transparency at all stages.

Up to now, the nq57.mst.gov.vn Portal has received 426 product and solution dossiers, of which 71 useful products and solutions have been announced. Currently, 90 other products and solutions are being assessed by the Evaluation Council of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

At the ceremony to announce the list of products, solutions, initiatives in science and technology, innovation and digital transformation Typically, 32 new products and solutions were announced, marking an important milestone in the development journey of the nq57.mst.gov.vn Portal.

32 products and solutions include: 14 products and solutions from FPT; 12 products and solutions from VNPT; 04 solutions and products from CMC ; 01 product from Viettel; 01 product from MISA.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Pham Duc Long said that this is an important milestone, continuing the process of deploying this e-Portal under the direction of the Central Steering Committee, officially operated by the Ministry of Science and Technology from April 9, 2025.

Event Overview

Up to now, after more than 1 month of implementation, 71 typical products and solutions have been published on the nq57.mst.gov.vn Portal. These numbers not only reflect the strong vitality of the science and technology, innovation and digital transformation ecosystem, but also demonstrate the positive response of organizations, businesses, scientists and individuals with passion for innovation across the country.

In the initial implementation phase, the nq57.mst.gov.vn Portal system was built in the direction of doing and completing at the same time. The Ministry of Science and Technology has focused on reviewing and designing technical components, while completing the operating process in accordance with reality. Up to now, the Ministry has issued electronic profile templates and appropriate configurations for each group of products and solutions; at the same time, established a Professional Evaluation Council with clear and transparent processes, regulations and criteria.

Deputy Minister Pham Duc Long emphasized, "With these foundations, the Portal is ready to become a reliable address to receive, evaluate and publish products and solutions of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation, contributing to creating momentum for the sustainable development of the country."

Not only does it serve the role of announcing products and solutions, the nq57.mst.gov.vn Portal is also a platform for the community to participate in registering new initiatives. The entire process of receiving, evaluating and supporting the implementation of initiatives is carried out publicly and transparently, ensuring compliance with the law, respecting the intellectual property rights and copyrights of participating individuals and organizations.

Deputy Minister Pham Duc Long hopes that the nq57.mst.gov.vn Portal will be an effective tool to contribute to realizing the "Three-party" cooperation model - the State, the University and the Enterprise - in scientific research, technology development and commercialization of research results according to the strategic direction of the Central Steering Committee. In which, the State plays the role of creating policies, supporting resources for research, developing laboratories, ordering research tasks and applying some research products. The University will conduct research, develop products and register on the nq57.mst.gov.vn Portal. Enterprises - both domestic and foreign - will cooperate in research, testing, application and commercialization of products. This is an effective model linking research - training - production - business, contributing to quickly bringing research results into practical life.

In the coming time, the Ministry of Science and Technology will organize regular weekly announcement sessions. This is not only an opportunity to honor initiatives, products, and solutions, but also an open forum, helping to connect resources, attract investment, promote product commercialization and spread the spirit of self-reliance, self-reliance, and innovation to all classes of people.

The portal nq57.mst.gov.vn is a place for organizations and individuals to submit their products and solutions to seek opportunities for cooperation, investment or to receive support from the State. This is an open channel, allowing entities to propose ideas to: Connect with investors or strategic partners; request State support, evaluation, appraisal and publication. To ensure transparency and efficiency, the Ministry of Science and Technology has issued sample documents and configurations on the Portal, corresponding to each group of products and solutions. At the same time, an Evaluation Council with specific processes, regulations and criteria has been established to review the documents.

For science and technology, innovation and digital transformation initiatives, the Portal is not only a place to receive products and solutions, but also a platform to facilitate all organizations and individuals with innovative and creative thinking to register science and technology initiatives.

The Ministry of Science and Technology is committed to ensuring that the process of receiving, reviewing, selecting, and supporting the implementation of initiatives is carried out in an open, transparent, and legally compliant manner. In particular, the intellectual property rights and copyrights of organizations and individuals are fully protected throughout the process.

Mr. Cu Kim Long said that the nq57.mst.gov.vn Portal serves three main groups of subjects, including: Scientists, organizations, and individuals with initiatives that need support for publication, connection, and commercialization; State agencies and enterprises that need to apply initiatives to improve operational efficiency; Investment funds and organizations supporting innovation looking for potential initiatives to accompany, sponsor, and invest in. This is not only a place to connect but also a bridge to turn creative ideas into reality, contributing to building a national innovation ecosystem. More than 10 ideas and initiatives posted by scientists, organizations, and individuals on the Portal have been forwarded by the Ministry of Science and Technology to relevant agencies for research and resolution.

To continue improving the operational efficiency of the nq57.mst.gov.vn Portal, the Ministry of Science and Technology has set out a number of strategic directions:

Regarding intellectual property, the Ministry of Science and Technology will put all Vietnamese inventions and patents on the Portal, while providing easily accessible legal information and knowledge about intellectual property. The Portal will integrate with national and international intellectual property databases, supporting users to look up, evaluate protection possibilities and avoid infringement.

In addition, the Portal will provide detailed guidance on intellectual property registration procedures, connect experts, support intellectual property valuation and promote commercialization.

Encourage contributions from research institutes and businesses: The Ministry of Science and Technology recommends that universities and research institutes post potential initiatives and technologies on the Portal, and encourages technology corporations and businesses to post their products and solutions.
