Additional 14 billion VND to implement the regime for contract teachers

This funding source includes the cost of recruiting contract teachers according to Decree No. 111/2022/ND-CP dated December 30, 2022 of the Government, along with a number ofeducational regimes, policies and other arising tasks deducted from the expenditure on education, training and vocational training in the local budget estimate for 2025.

Accordingly, 67 educational institutions were allocated funding this time, including high schools, general technical and continuing education centers, and vocational training facilities for disabled and disadvantaged youth in the province.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to ensure that funding is allocated to the right subjects, at the right rates, in the right procedures and with full legal basis according to current regulations, including for contents that have not been specifically stated in the proposal document.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested relevant departments and branches such as the Department of Education and Training and the Department of Home Affairs to coordinate in guiding, inspecting and supervising educational institutions receiving funding during the implementation process.

Educational institutions receiving funds are responsible for organizing management and use in a proactive manner, and at the same time making timely and correct payments in order to best serve professional activities, stabilize staff and improve teaching quality.
