According to Decision No. 961/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Major General Doan Xuan Buong - Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 4 to hold the position of Political Commissar of Military Region 4.
According to Decision No. 958/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Colonel Le Van Trung - Political Commissar of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Military Command, Military Region 4 to hold the position of Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 4, and at the same time received a Decision to promote his military rank from Colonel to Major General. The Decisions take effect from the date of signing (May 18, 2025).
