Additional compensation and site clearance costs for Loc Dai Reservoir Project

Construction of Loc Dai reservoir (Que Hiep, Que Son)

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Quang Buu requested the People's Committee of Que Son district to direct relevant departments, offices and units of the district to focus on implementing compensation and site clearance for the remaining area of ​​the Loc Dai Reservoir Project. The work must ensure the order and procedures, complete the plan, submit for appraisal, approval and payment of compensation and site clearance according to regulations, and promptly hand over the site to the investor and contractor to implement the construction of the project.

According to the Quang Nam Construction Investment Project Management Board, the Loc Dai Reservoir Project has about 8.1 hectares that have not been compensated with a total value of about 9.5 billion VND. The total approved investment of the project is about 291.3 billion VND, implemented from 2019 to 2025. The construction volume reaches about 31% of the construction contract value. The Management Board has urged the contractor to speed up the process of preparing documents to apply for a license to exploit raw materials for construction.
