At the inspection session, after receiving reports from agencies and units on the results of implementing air defense combat orders, protecting important targets and key national projects, the delegation directly inspected the implementation of air defense combat orders of a number of units and localities.

Through the inspection, the delegation highly appreciated the results of implementing the air defense combat order of Thanh Hoa province, notably the agencies and units of Thanh Hoa province have promoted their advisory functions, organized the implementation of the air defense combat order in a comprehensive, solid and effective manner; regularly directed all levels and sectors to build a complete system of combat documents, which are regularly supplemented and completed; strictly maintained forces and means on duty in accordance with regulations.
Strictly implement the command, shift, and combat duty regimes according to regulations; the number, composition, and combat duty forces are adequate and in accordance with regulations; the communication system is smooth.

Closely coordinate with units in the stationed area in the task of protecting important targets and key national projects; coordinate with Thanh Hoa Provincial Police in performing the task of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, fighting and preventing crimes and national defense tasks; organize training to handle situations to protect the safety of agencies and units.
Organize training to improve command organization skills, practice combat movements, use weapons, equipment and handle situations for local army air defense forces, part-time air defense forces; air defense militia; eye observation posts, UAV suppression teams, and teams shooting down low-flying aircraft with infantry guns.

Concluding the inspection, Lieutenant General Pham Truong Son commended and highly appreciated the results achieved in implementing the air defense combat command of Thanh Hoa province in the past time, and at the same time suggested that in the coming time, officers and soldiers of Thanh Hoa province's armed forces need to continue to promote the achieved results, build an increasingly solid air defense combat document system; promote the combined strength of the entire political system and the entire people in organizing air defense combat activities.
