On the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnam Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2025), with the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source", to express gratitude and honor teachers, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the health sector who have made many contributions to the cause of education innovation and training of health human resources in Vietnam, Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan sent a congratulatory letter to teachers, managers, and workers at training institutions and practice facilities for training human resources in the health sector nationwide.

Dear teachers, administrators, and workers of training facilities and practice facilities for training human resources in the health sector!

In the proud atmosphere of the whole country celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day November 20, 2025, with the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source" , on behalf of the leaders of the Ministry of Health, I would like to send my best regards and best wishes to teachers, managers, and workers working in medical training facilities across the country.

Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan sent a congratulatory letter to teachers, managers, and workers at training facilities and practice facilities for training human resources in the health sector nationwide.

Over the past year, training institutions and teachers have actively implemented fundamental and comprehensive innovation in medical human resource training, approaching advanced education and training trends of countries in the region and around the world .   Teachers are the decisive factor for the success of the innovation in training medical human resources, contributing to building generations of medical staff who are both talented and dedicated.

The health sector always respects and is grateful to teachers; always recognizes, appreciates and commends the achievements and great contributions of health human resource training facilities to the development of the sector.

Our country is entering a development period of "a new era, an era of the Vietnamese people's rise" , in the context of strong development of science, technology and digital transformation, education and training must maintain its position as a top national policy, as a key driving force for national development.

Recently, the Politburo issued Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health; Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in education and training development; Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science, technology development, innovation and national digital transformation .

These are extremely important resolutions, with strategic vision, with strong breakthrough solutions to improve the quality of human resources, ensuring better access to health care for the people.

Imbued with national traditions and President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, generations of Vietnamese teachers and doctors have overcome all difficulties, always maintained the passion for the training career, constantly innovated, created, competed to teach well; and are shining examples of ethics, dedication, responsibility and passion for the profession.

I hope that teachers, administrators and workers working in medical training facilities nationwide will always be dedicated, love their jobs, be creative, overcome all difficulties, and contribute more to their noble career.

On this occasion, on behalf of the Ministry of Health's leadership, I would like to sincerely thank the attention, support and assistance of the ministries, branches, central agencies, Party committees, authorities, organizations and individuals for teachers and health human resource training facilities nationwide.

I believe that with the attention and support of timely, practical and correct policies, it will continue to be maintained, promoted and further strengthened in the coming time to successfully carry out the innovation of our country's education.
