To clarify the reflection of the press agency, the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management requests the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health to check and review the content related to the reflection on the advertising content of DNA International Hospital, including reviewing the list of techniques that the Ministry of Health has licensed for the hospital to perform in the advertisement at the above address.

The Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management emphasized that in cases where hospitals advertise inconsistently with the approved technical list or inconsistently with the licensed advertising content certificate, it is recommended to strictly handle violations.

For health departments of provinces and centrally run cities, the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management requests that health departments inspect and review advertising content of medical examination and treatment facilities in their management areas.

Strictly handle cases where medical examination and treatment facilities advertise medical examination and treatment services without being granted an advertising license; or advertise inconsistently with advertising content that has been granted an advertising license by a competent authority in the field of medical examination and treatment.
