According to the report at the working session, since the implementation, Boc Bo commune has established a Steering Committee and issued directive documents, assigned tasks to each member and professional departments to proactively and actively implement. Thereby, in general, the National Target Program implemented in the area has had a positive impact on people's lives, gradually developing the economy, increasing per capita income, reducing the poverty rate, shifting the structure of crops and livestock, innovating production methods, improving productivity and quality of agricultural products; infrastructure has been gradually completed; creating jobs for workers, contributing to improving and raising people's lives; security and national defense work has been ensured.

The leaders of Boc Bo Commune People's Committee reported to the Working Group on the implementation of the contents of the National Target Program in the locality.

Accordingly, for Project 1: Solving the shortage of residential land, housing, production land, and domestic water, the locality has disbursed 100% of capital by the end of 2024; the capital for 2025 is allocated more than 1 billion VND, currently continuing to be implemented and striving to complete in the second quarter of 2025. For content No. 04 on supporting domestic water, the locality has supported the purchase of water taps and water tanks for nearly 200 households, currently continuing to implement the content of 2025, the total capital for the whole period for this content is nearly 500 million VND.

Leaders of Pac Nam District People's Committee provided additional information on the implementation of the National Target Program in the district.

For Project 3 on Sustainable Agricultural and Forestry Production Development, promoting the potential and strengths of regions to produce goods according to the value chain, in Sub-project 1 on Sustainable Agricultural and Forestry Economic Development associated with forest protection and increasing income for people: The locality has implemented support for forest protection contracts for special-use forests and protective forests on an area of ​​over 461 hectares with 8 village communities including: Phieng Lung, Na Cooc, Na Hoi, Khau Dang, Khau Vai, Khau Phang, Na Leng, Lung Pang. The area of ​​forest supported for protection of planned protective forests and production forests is natural forest assigned to households of over 1,426 hectares, including 296 households. Support for planting production forests for 42 households with an area of ​​25 hectares. Other contents are continuing to be implemented.

At the meeting, delegates discussed and clarified some issues that encountered difficulties and obstacles during the implementation process such as: Support for residential land, production land, revolving capital recovery; selection of joint projects, community projects, integration of support contents for production development in the area...

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Tran Thi Loc, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the monitoring team highly appreciated the results of the implementation of the contents of the National Target Program in Boc Bo commune. She requested that Boc Bo commune continue to proactively review and accelerate the progress of the contents being implemented, accelerate the disbursement of the allocated capital to ensure quality and promote efficiency.
