Agencies and units under Region 3 have promoted activities such as: Arranging book models; editing the content of books on Vietnamese history, Army traditions, and 70 years of Vietnam People's Navy traditions for propaganda on the internal radio system.

Along with that, units of Region 3 organized speed reading competitions during breaks and holidays; read books in groups; organized seminars, introduced many new books to readers; read books online at the Military Library in the multi-purpose reading room. Mobilized officers, soldiers and individuals, socio -political organizations to donate to the unit more than 150 books of all kinds.
