According to Mr. Tran Xuan Ha, Secretary of the Party Committee of Phuc Tan Ward, there are about 4,000 workers in the ward from other provinces and cities, with limited education and difficult living conditions, so the social security work in the area has received special attention from the leaders of the Party Committee and the People's Committee of the ward.
