According to the announcement, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang and Provincial People's Committee Chairman Le Ngoc Chau will periodically receive citizens in October at 8:00 a.m. on October 11 at the province's citizen reception office (No. 45 Bac Son Street, Quang Trung Ward, Hai Duong City).

The Provincial People's Committee Office requests citizens to register directly at the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee before October 8. The Provincial Party Secretary and the Provincial People's Committee Chairman receive citizens to register complaints and denunciations under the jurisdiction of the provincial level.

For complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections under the jurisdiction of departments, branches and district-level People's Committees, citizens are requested to contact competent agencies and individuals for consideration and resolution.
