Leaders of Bac Giang and Bac Ninh provinces offered incense to commemorate heroic martyrs.

BAC GIANG - On the occasion of the ceremony to announce the Resolution and Decision of the Central and local governments on merging provincial and commune-level administrative units, ending the operation of district-level administrative units, establishing Party organizations, appointing Party committees, People's Councils, People's Committees, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of Bac Ninh province and 99 communes and wards, on the afternoon of June 29, the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee - National Assembly Delegation of Bac Ninh province (new) held a ceremony to pay tribute and lay wreaths at the Monument to the Provincial Heroes and Martyrs (Bac Giang city).

The delegation laid wreaths and offered incense at the Monument to the Provincial Heroes and Martyrs.

Attending the ceremony were comrades of the Party Central Committee: Nguyen Van Gau, Secretary of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Anh Tuan, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Bac Ninh Province. Also attending were comrades: Vuong Quoc Tuan, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Thi Huong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Bac Giang Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Huong Giang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Viet Oanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee and leaders of a number of departments, branches, sectors and organizations of the two provinces.

Delegates observed a minute of silence to remember and express gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs.

In the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, delegates laid wreaths with the words "Forever grateful to the martyrs", offered incense and observed a minute of silence to express their respect, remembrance and gratitude to the great President Ho Chi Minh - who sacrificed his whole life for the cause of national liberation and unification and the heroic martyrs - the outstanding sons of the homeland Bac Giang - Bac Ninh who spared no effort in sacrificing their blood, bones and youth to contribute to the victory of the nation.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the heroic martyrs, the Party Committee, the government, and the people of all ethnic groups in Bac Ninh province (new) vow to live, fight, work, and study following the example of the great President Ho Chi Minh, following the glorious tradition of previous generations, determined to build the homeland of Bac Ninh to become increasingly rich, beautiful, and civilized.

It is known that the Ceremony to announce the Resolution and Decision of the Central and local governments on merging provincial and commune-level administrative units, ending the operation of district-level administrative units, establishing Party organizations, appointing Party committees, People's Councils, People's Committees, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of Bac Ninh province and 99 communes and wards will be held at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow (June 30) at the Provincial Party Committee's bridge at the Bac Giang Provincial Conference Center (3/2 Square) and the bridge of 99 communes and wards in Bac Ninh province (new). The ceremony will be broadcast live and livestreamed on the channels of Bac Ninh Newspaper and Radio and Television.
