The conference to launch the spring work of 2025 was organized by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in the form of direct and online participation throughout the Party Committee with more than 7,000 delegates attending at the bridge points of districts, cities, communes, wards and towns. Immediately after the Provincial Party Committee conference, the Standing Committee of the Giong Trom District Party Committee organized an online conference to launch the 2025 emulation movement in communes and towns.

Speaking at the 2025 task, District Party Secretary Nguyen Thai Binh requested Party committees at all levels, authorities, Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations in the district to continue to innovate thinking, be more proactive and determined in implementing tasks with the motto " Democracy - Discipline - Consensus - Creativity - Development" in the spirit of Plan No. 276-KH/TU dated March 12, 2024 of the District Party Committee Standing Committee on launching the "New Dong Khoi" emulation peak in the 2 years 2024 - 2025 and Resolution No. 08-NQ/HU dated December 6, 2024 of the District Party Committee.

In the work of building the Party and the political system, pay attention to consolidating grassroots party organizations, continue to do well the work of creating sources, recruiting party members, building "4-good party cells", "4-good grassroots party organizations", "clean and strong hamlet and neighborhood party cells in all aspects". Focus on preparing and organizing the party congresses at the grassroots and district levels for the 2025-2030 term.

Strengthen inspection and supervision work. Focus and proactively arrange the district-level apparatus according to the policies and orientations of the Central Government and the direction and guidance of the province.

Focus on achieving the set targets, especially the targets on developing industry, handicrafts, trade, services, tourism , building communes and districts to meet new rural standards, civilized urban areas, disbursing public investment capital, social security... Proactively arrange and streamline the organization of the district police force according to the direction of the superior vertical sector. Strengthen the work of ensuring political security, social order and safety. Focus on implementing well the work of selecting and calling citizens to join the army in 2025.

On this occasion, Mo Cay Bac District Party Committee awarded certificates of merit. for 23 party organizations and 20 party members with outstanding achievements in emulation to implement Directive No. 01-CT/TU dated October 17, 2020 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee in 2024 associated with 1 year of implementing Plan No. 286-KH/HU on launching the "New Dong Khoi" emulation peak in 2 years 2024 - 2025.

At the beginning of the opening session, delegates watched a video clip about the results of the "New Dong Khoi" emulation movement in building Mo Cay Nam district to meet new rural standards in the spirit of Directive No. 01-CT/TU dated October 17, 2020 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

Also at the opening ceremony of the Spring, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee assigned and assigned tasks to comrades in the District Party Executive Committee, heads of agencies, branches of the district and localities on the first day of the new year. Speaking at the opening ceremony and launching the emulation campaign in 2025, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee Ha Quoc Cuong proposed 5 key tasks in all areas of Party building, consolidating the political system, developing the socio-economy associated with ensuring national defense and security to create a vibrant emulation atmosphere in the entire Party, people and army of the district.

The year 2025 is of special significance in successfully implementing the goals and targets of the Resolution of the District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, creating a premise for further progress in the 2025-2030 term. Implementing the emulation movement in 2025, at the conference, Secretary of the District Party Committee Phan Song Toan noted: All levels, sectors, units and localities need to focus on synchronously and comprehensively implementing the set tasks, especially the approved key tasks. Leaders must uphold the spirit of responsibility, innovate thinking, act decisively, and assign tasks: clear people, clear work, clear resources, clear responsibilities, and clear completion time.

In particular, it is necessary to focus on streamlining the apparatus and stabilizing operations immediately after the reorganization; continue to screen and arrange the staff, reducing at least 20% of cadres, civil servants and public employees according to the roadmap. The District People's Committee urgently reviews and completes procedures, documents, conditions, and criteria for new rural districts, and proposes to the Central Government to recognize the district as meeting the standards in 2025. Research and advise on the development of an urban development plan in the direction of merging into Ben Tre City; research and identify urban areas that the district must build in the period of 2025 - 2030 in the direction of the district achieving a class I urban area. Pay attention to leading the implementation of the selection and calling of citizens to join the army in 2025 to ensure 100% of the assigned targets are achieved, in accordance with regulations.
