Through research, the officers learned that most of the families in the border districts are in difficult circumstances. Therefore, on April 10, the officers took a portion of their salary to buy helmets and gave them to 11 students of Tan Phong Primary School so that they could participate in traffic safely and in accordance with regulations.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Minh, a teacher at Tan Phong Primary School, was moved: "Seeing the Tay Ninh Traffic Police officers giving helmets to students in difficult circumstances, I and many parents were very happy. That is a beautiful image of the police officers in the hearts of the people...".
