Officials, civil servants and public employees get 4 days off on National Day 02/09

According to the announcement just signed and issued by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, on National Day September 2, cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees of administrative agencies, public service agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations (cadres, civil servants, public employees) will have 4 days off.

On the occasion of National Day September 2, officials, civil servants and public employees have 4 days off.

Specifically, on National Day September 2, cadres, civil servants and public employees will have a day off from Saturday, August 30, 2025 to Tuesday, September 2, 2025 (including 2 National Day holidays and 2 weekly days off).

For schools: The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Education and Training to guide public educational institutions to arrange teaching and learning schedules at all levels appropriately, ensuring make-up schedules in accordance with regulations.

For public medical examination and treatment facilities: The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Health to be responsible for guiding the heads of these agencies and units to assign 24/7 rotational shifts to ensure continuous treatment, ensure the health of the people and arrange reasonable compensatory leave schedules, in accordance with regulations. For general hospitals, the heads of the units are assigned to have a plan to arrange reasonable leave schedules, in accordance with regulations.

Production and business units, depending on the actual operations of the unit, have a plan to arrange reasonable and appropriate compensatory leave in accordance with regulations, ensuring production and business of their unit.

During the holiday, agencies, units and localities must organize security patrols, strengthen measures to maintain political security, social order and safety, and prevent fires and explosions.

Hang the national flag at the offices of agencies, enterprises, organizations and households from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on September 2, 2025.
