According to Giao Thong Newspaper, the two plaintiffs of the Mai Dich steel overpass started construction in May 2023. In addition to the task of separating the flow of cars and motorbikes to reduce conflicts and traffic congestion, the steel overpass also helps exploit the elevated Ring Road 3 section through the Mai Dich intersection according to expressway standards. The project has an investment of over 344 billion VND, the Thang Long Project Management Board, Ministry of Transport is the investor, construction progress is 5/2023 - 3/2024.
