TPO – For many years, four villas on Co Giang Street, Ward 9, Da Lat City ( Lam Dong ) have not been put into use, so they have seriously degraded, causing waste. All belong to the group of valuable architecture, history, culture and are state-owned.

The four ancient villas are named (from right to left) villa number 1, villa number 3, villa number 5 and villa number 7 on Co Giang street, ward 9 (Da Lat city, Lam Dong).

The above villas were built before 1975, bearing strong French architectural imprints, and have special cultural and historical value.

According to research, all of these villas are state-owned and legally protected. Before 2010, these villas were offices and residences for officials and employees of a state unit. After 2010, Lam Dong province reclaimed them and handed them over to a tourism exploitation unit.

Villa No. 1 has a construction area of ​​over 391m², located on a plot of land of 1,775m². Due to long-term disuse, many of these construction items are damaged, and the grounds are shabby.

According to the Lam Dong Department of Construction, last November, DIDAMA Company (the operator) proposed to repair the villa, but the Provincial People's Committee said it was reviewing public asset management before considering it.

Many items of the four ancient villas are seriously degraded, causing waste.
