Hanoi City Police has just launched four digital transformation products to serve people and professional tasks.
AI operator (1900 0113) and AI chatbot
In particular, the AI operator (1900 0113) and AI chatbot will provide information to people, focusing on instructions on administrative procedures, crime reporting, crime prevention, fire prevention and fighting, and providing useful information related to the police force.
After receiving, the crime denunciation information is transferred to the Office of the Hanoi City Police Investigation Agency for review, classification, verification and processing.
Information on traffic violations will be forwarded to the Traffic Police Department for inspection and handling. Suggestions and feedback on officers and soldiers will be forwarded to the City Police Inspectorate for consideration and resolution. Other information related to security and order will be forwarded to other units for verification and handling according to their functions, tasks and authority.
There are three ways for people to connect with the "Virtual Assistant" and Call Center 1900.0113.

Connect to the chatbot via QR code (image below). In addition, the police have posted 8,000 sheets with QR codes in headquarters, residential areas, and public places for people to easily connect. After connecting to the chatbot, people can use messages (characters or voice) to look up information, and the system will automatically respond.

People call 1900 0113 (toll-free) to ask questions and listen to automatic responses through the following branches: administrative procedure questions and answers, receiving crime reports, and reflecting violations related to security and order.

In addition, Hanoi Police also deployed three other digital transformation products to serve the people.
- Smart 113, 114 switchboard system: the system will automatically filter calls to help detect and eliminate spam and inappropriate calls to avoid network congestion in emergency situations. The system uses voice-to-text technology to quickly record and analyze call content, supporting immediate and accurate response without missing anything.
- Digital museum: Here, the history of the industry is completely digitized, displayed directly on a digital technology platform, helping viewers to look up, explore, and interact in a vivid and convenient way.
With just one click on baotangcahn.hanoi.gov.vn, people can visit, research, and learn information about the police industry such as: artifacts, characters, and historical events.

Users can experience a 360-degree virtual tour, moving flexibly as if they were present in a real museum with detailed spatial images down to every corner.
- Smart digitalization and electronic storage system: with many modern features, the system contributes to creating a centralized database of Hanoi Police, effectively serving all aspects of work.
