
As of October 30, 2025, the total value of cash received for support and relief work in the province reached more than 193.8 billion VND. Of which, 102.011 billion VND was received through the Provincial Relief Fund Account, directly at the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and the Fatherland Front at all levels; 8.6 billion VND was supported by Thien Tam Fund ( Vingroup Corporation) and Ho Chi Minh City Volunteer Group; and 557 other volunteer groups came to support and give cash, with a total estimated value of 83.26 billion VND.
In addition to the financial support, the province received and promptly distributed 600 tons of rice from the national reserve to 3 wards: Thuc Phan, Nung Tri Cao, Tan Giang and 25 communes heavily affected by natural disasters. In addition, from the national reserve support, the province was provided with many rescue and relief materials and equipment, including: 6 fire-fighting water pumps, 20 sets of tents, 50 light life rafts, 400 life jackets, 300 life buoys, 4 generators, 3 sets of drilling equipment and 6 sets of rescue rope launching equipment.
The province also received international emergency aid goods from the ASEAN Coordinating Center for Humanitarian Assistance in Natural Disasters under Decision No. 4256/QD-BNNMT dated October 14, 2025 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment , including 1,720 home repair kits, 3,176 kitchenware sets and 2,000 personal hygiene kits. At the same time, in coordination with the Department of Dyke Management and Natural Disaster Prevention, it supported 600 plastic water tanks with a capacity of 1,000 liters for 5 communes: Hoa An, Quang Han, Quang Trung, Can Yen and Duc Long.
