The center of storm No. 13 at 3:00 p.m. on November 6 was about 120km East Southeast of Quy Nhon (Gia Lai). Strongest wind: Level 14 (150-166km/h), gusting to level 17.

Forecast: In the next 3 hours, the storm will move mainly in the West Northwest direction, at a speed of about 30km/hour.

Rainfall situation: Rainfall in the whole province is generally from 10 to 40mm; in Dai Lanh 81.0mm; Van Ninh 49.7mm. In the north, rain is from 20-40mm; in the south, rain is from 10-20mm. From this afternoon to the morning of November 7, the whole Khanh Hoa province will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, some places will have very heavy rain. Rain will be concentrated on the night of November 6 and early morning of November 7.

Flood situation: Rivers and streams in the north of the province reached alert level 2-3, in the south of the province reached alert level 1-2.
