The festival takes place from November 18-22, 2025, gathering about 100 booths, divided into 4 main areas: The exhibition area displays and introduces unique images and models of Ca Mau, along with OCOP products, outstanding specialties from this land such as crab, dried shrimp, whiteleg shrimp, dried fish, rice, rice flour, herbal tea, bird's nest, fish sauce, chili salt, shrimp crackers and pork roll.
The display area of typical products of Ho Chi Minh City will introduce processed food products, consumer goods, trade services, tourism , green and organic products, and organize trade connection activities between businesses.

Leaders of Ho Chi Minh City and Ca Mau province visited the exhibition area of specialties and typical OCOP products of Ca Mau.
The third area is a space for processing and performing special dishes from crab and seafood, made by famous artisans and chefs from Ca Mau and Ho Chi Minh City. The last space is a stage for cultural and artistic exchanges, with nightly art performances, including amateur music, Western folk songs, short plays about the sea and crab profession, folk and modern music, ethnic fashion, folk games and experiential activities for tourists. This is also the place where exchanges between artisans and businesses take place, sharing about the journey of building a brand and preserving the culinary identity of Ca Mau.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Huynh Chi Nguyen, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, emphasized that the Ca Mau Crab Festival is not only an opportunity to promote special products such as Ca Mau crab, shrimp and OCOP products, but also an opportunity to introduce the culture, unique flavors and innovative spirit of Ca Mau. We hope that through the activities of product display, cuisine, art exchange and trade connection, visitors will feel the sophistication, creativity and hospitality of the people of Ca Mau.

With the theme "Ca Mau - forest scent - sea taste", the Food Festival - Ca Mau Crab Festival 2025 is expected to be an important bridge, promoting trade, expanding investment cooperation, promoting local brands and strengthening the relationship between Ho Chi Minh City and Ca Mau.

Through diverse activities, the Food Festival - Ca Mau Crab Festival 2025 not only contributes to promoting the socio-economic development cooperation program between Ho Chi Minh City and Ca Mau, but also strengthens regional linkages in the fields of trade, investment, tourism and development of typical product value chains.

This is also an opportunity to promote the brand “Ca Mau Crab”, OCOP products, local specialties and the potential for developing the aquaculture and tourism industry of Ca Mau to a large number of tourists and businesses in Ho Chi Minh City, while honoring and spreading the value of Vietnamese culinary culture, especially the fusion between the cuisine of the river region of Ca Mau and the dynamism and creativity of Ho Chi Minh City cuisine. The festival will contribute significantly to the development of culinary tourism and enhance the image of Ca Mau in the eyes of domestic and foreign tourists.
Many tourists and people came to visit and enjoy the food at the festival.
