The support of machinery has helped the Cooperative solve the problem of labor shortage and create absolute uniformity and precision for products requiring complex and sophisticated lines.
After nearly 9 years of operation, the Cooperative has grown steadily with 21 members, creating stable jobs for more than 50 local workers. The average income is 10 million VND/person/month. In particular, the Cooperative has 4 products that meet provincial OCOP standards. On average, about 30 sets of lotus wooden vases are produced each month.
To expand the quality of human resources, the Cooperative has cooperated with training establishments in many different locations and divided them into groups according to production stages. In coordination with the Vocational College and Staff Training School, the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance has opened woodworking training classes. At the same time, the Cooperative has invested in many types of computerized sawing machines, cutting and chiseling machines and invited many experienced lecturers to teach. Up to now, the Cooperative has trained hundreds of students in fine art woodworking. After completing the course, all students have stable jobs.
