Of which, the balanced capital from the Central Government reached 11,837 billion VND, an increase of 656 billion VND compared to the end of 2024, with a growth rate of 5.87%, accounting for 88.3%; capital mobilized from organizations and individuals in the market and deposits through savings and loan groups reached 2,176 billion VND, accounting for 16.2%; capital entrusted from the local budget reached 1,565 billion VND, an increase of 592 billion VND, with a growth rate of 60.9%, accounting for 11.7%, reaching 329.06% of the assigned growth plan.
Increasing the capital entrusted from the local budget and other sources will help the social policy banking system of Bac Ninh province have more conditions to lend to poor, near-poor households and other policy beneficiaries with low interest rates and long loan terms. Thereby, helping households invest in production development and stabilize their lives, especially in the context of many families and businesses in the province having suffered heavy losses due to the impact of storm No. 11.
