Dang Hung, Hoang Quan, Thinh Phat, Minh Quang and Thai Huy scored 5 goals for Thai Son Nam Club, while Van Toan scored the only goal for coach Nguyen Trong Thien's Saigon Titans team.

In the latest match of round 8 of the 2024 National Futsal Championship at District 8 Stadium (HCMC), we witnessed the commendable efforts of the players of the rookie team Luxury Ha Long against the runner-up of last season, Sahako.

Sahako is not having a good start, temporarily ranked 3rd after the first leg with only 11 points. Therefore, coach Anh Khoa and his team are determined to win the match to persistently chase the 2 teams above, Thai Son Bac (second in the table with 16 points) and Thai Son Nam.

In the 12th minute, Tran Nhat Trung helped Sahako get off to a good start with the opening goal. However, Dinh Nhat and Binh An unexpectedly scored 2 goals in the last 5 minutes of the match to help the away team take a 2-1 lead.

Coach Anh Khoa's students had to work very hard in the second half to find a goal, before being rewarded with two goals from K'Dăm and Nhật Trung in the 25th and 34th minutes.

Thai Son Nam Club (dark) has 8th consecutive victory

Unfortunately for the Luxury Ha Long team, just 3 minutes after conceding a 2-3 loss, the away team suffered another loss when captain Doan Dung had a strong collision with Phi Tien.

In the phase where Sahako actively tackled the ball with the sole of his shoe, Doan Dung was at a disadvantage when he kicked the ball up with the inside of his right foot, and was in severe pain, lying on the ground hugging his knee.

Doan Dung was then taken off the field on a stretcher and his ability to play in the next matches is uncertain. This is a big loss for the Luxury Ha Long team, who are currently ranked last in the 2024 National Futsal Championship, while the Sahako Club has 14 points, only 2 points behind the second-placed Thai Son Bac team.
