According to Ms. Tam's observation, over the past 3 months, positive signals have become increasingly clear as liquidity has been recorded again, interest rates have decreased, more cash flows have poured in, supply has grown strongly and demand has gradually increased towards the end of the year. In the coming time, the market is expected to have many improvements and will develop more sustainably.

Ms. Tam assessed that this is a great opportunity for real estate consultants to catch the market wave. In addition to business opportunities, real estate brokers also benefit from new investment policies of the agents themselves. For example, at Queenland, this company has launched an unlimited recruitment policy with many supports such as salary increases, commission increases, and support for sales communication costs up to 80% so that brokers can confidently invest their efforts and think of new sales solutions.

High sales have gradually brought the income of the real estate brokerage team at this company back to its golden period, with some cases reaching up to 450 million VND/month.
