Within the framework of the United Nations Vesak 2025, the Buddha's relics were welcomed and enshrined at 4 major pagodas across the country. Of which, Quan Su Pagoda (Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi ) is the third location. The procession of the Buddha's relics to Quan Su Pagoda began on the afternoon of May 13.

Specifically, at 3:00 p.m. on May 13, the relics will be taken from Noi Bai airport, passing through routes such as Vo Chi Cong - Dao Tan - Le Duan - Tran Nhan Tong - Tran Binh Trong to the Vietnam - Soviet Union Friendship Cultural Palace before being enshrined at Quan Su Pagoda.

From May 14 to 16, Buddha's relics will be enshrined on the first floor of Quan Su Pagoda's hall for Buddhists and people from all over to come and worship.
From May 17 to 21, the relics will be brought to Tam Chuc Pagoda ( Ha Nam ), which hosted the 2019 Vesak festival before returning to India. Prayers for peace, chanting and worship at Tam Chuc Pagoda will be held continuously for 5 days.
Most Venerable Elder Thich Thanh Nhieu, Standing Member of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha's Council of Evidence, emphasized that the procession of Buddha's relics around Hoan Kiem Lake is the most solemn and sacred ritual ever of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha.

Before being brought to Quan Su Pagoda, the Buddha's relics were invited to Thanh Tam Pagoda (HCMC) and Ba Den Mountain ( Tay Ninh ). According to statistics, in HCMC, every day about 100,000 monks, nuns, Buddhists, and people come to worship.
