The main task of the Delegation is to coordinate with the Hue City Police force to organize cleaning and sanitation in essential areas that were deeply flooded, including: Ho Chi Minh Museum, Huong River Theater, Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital and the key route Le Loi.
Speaking before the departure ceremony, Colonel Le Phuong Nam, Deputy Director of Quang Tri Provincial Police, praised the pioneering spirit and the fearlessness of the 104 officers and soldiers who volunteered to go. At the same time, he emphasized that the task ahead is arduous and dangerous, and asked the comrades participating in the support delegation to uphold the heroic tradition of the People's Police force, work with the highest sense of responsibility to support the people of the beloved Hue city.
Colonel Le Phuong Nam requested that the forces participating in supporting Hue city must ensure absolute safety of people and vehicles during the entire mission. At the same time, he hoped that the officers and soldiers would maintain good health, solidarity and excellently complete the assigned tasks with the highest quality.
On the morning of October 31, the Quang Tri Provincial Police force arrived in Hue City and quickly coordinated with the Hue City Police to deploy activities to support flood relief. The officers and soldiers divided into many working groups to each assigned location, urgently cleaning up the environment and pushing mud and dirt from agencies and units.
This support activity not only contributes to helping Hue city soon stabilize life and restore socio-economic activities, but also demonstrates the spirit of "Serving the people", the tradition of mutual love and affection between localities in the Central region.
