The Hue City Military Command has mobilized maximum forces and vehicles, water pumps, and sprayers to support schools and localities in cleaning up mud and sanitizing the environment, ensuring that schools can soon welcome students back to school and people can stabilize their lives again.
On Huynh Thuc Khang Street, Phu Xuan Ward, due to its proximity to the river, the receding floodwaters left behind a thick layer of mud. Taking advantage of favorable weather, more than 50 officers and soldiers of Regiment 6, local militia and residents coordinated to urgently clean up the street.

Captain Vo Duc Ngoc, Deputy Battalion Commander, Battalion 1, Regiment 6, Hue City Military Command, said that with the highest spirit and determination, after being mobilized to the area, the unit quickly deployed forces to support people in overcoming the consequences of the storm.
At Chu Van An Secondary School, Vy Da Ward, Hue City, after being mobilized to the school, officers, soldiers, militia and self-defense forces, coordinated with teachers and staff to start cleaning up.

Mr. Tran Duy Tan, Vice Principal of Chu Van An Secondary School, shared: "Because the workload was so large, since yesterday, October 30, the school proactively contacted the City Military Command to ask for support forces to help the school. Today, officers and soldiers arrived very early, actively cleaned mud, trash, and cleaned classrooms, so the work of overcoming the consequences of the flood was completed earlier than expected..."
Soldier Vo Huynh Huy Hoang, Battalion 1, Regiment 6, Hue City Military Command shared: "The task of helping people overcome the consequences of floods is the responsibility and duty of each officer and soldier in the unit. Therefore, when receiving orders from superiors, we put all our spirit and responsibility into helping people overcome the consequences caused by natural disasters."

To urgently help people overcome the consequences of floods, this morning, the City Military Command mobilized more than 2,000 officers and soldiers of the Regional Defense Command, Regiment 6, Armored Battalion 3 and affiliated units, militia forces of the Military Commands of communes and wards to simultaneously help the locality clean up the environment after floods in all directions. However, the receding floodwaters left behind a large amount of mud, soil and garbage, making it very difficult to clean up and sanitize the environment.

Lieutenant Colonel Ho Dac Quoc, Deputy Commander of the Hue City Military Command, said: "Today, we have directed units to urgently prioritize officers and soldiers to support schools, markets and public areas. In the coming days, the unit will mobilize more machinery and direct agencies and units to mobilize more forces to help people overcome the consequences of floods, striving to soon complete the overcoming of consequences to help people stabilize their lives and activities."
