Phuc Loi ward leaders dialogue with people, promptly resolve problems

HNP - On October 31, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Phuc Loi ward organized a conference to meet and have direct dialogue between the heads of the Party Committee and ward government with representatives of the Fatherland Front, mass organizations and people.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh Hang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phuc Loi Ward chaired the dialogue session.

Before the dialogue, 145 suggestions and reflections were compiled from residential groups in the area. At the Conference, 11 delegates directly raised a number of additional suggestions and comments on Party building and the political system.

Ward leaders in charge of the field discussed and answered people's recommendations according to groups of issues, such as Party building and political system, digital transformation, investment in upgrading infrastructure, security and order, environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting, etc.

People of Phuc Loi ward should make recommendations and proposals at the Conference.

Concluding the Conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Phuc Loi Ward Nguyen The Thach respectfully thanked and acknowledged all the opinions expressed by the people before and during the dialogue session. At the same time, he affirmed that after the Conference, the Party Committee of the Ward will issue a notice assigning specific tasks to each sector and unit in charge of responding to the recommendations with a specific response point of view, going straight to the point, without waiting for the next dialogue session.

Discussing and clarifying issues of concern to the people, the Party Secretary of Phuc Loi Ward said that after more than 4 months of operating under the 2-level local government model, the Party Committee and the government of Phuc Loi Ward have clearly demonstrated the spirit of action and responsibility, implementing tasks urgently, without delay, with cadres working, learning and adapting at the same time.

Thanks to that spirit, although the tasks had to be solved in a short time, the workload was large, the requirements were high, the progress was urgent, and many unexpected requests arose, the ward completed them all well.
