MSc. Tran Minh Trong shares with businesses about AI applications

Speaking at the training course, Ms. Le Thi Hong Mai, Head of Business Registration Office, Department of Finance, shared that this is the first business director training course organized by the department in 2025. On April 26 and 27, businesses will be trained by MSc. Tran Minh Trong, a globally certified trainer by Google For Education, to develop management capacity and build corporate culture at LEADMAN Institute, introducing the topic "Breakthrough businesses with AI from strategy to practical application". The topic focuses on the following contents: understanding AI correctly; exploiting human knowledge assets with 6 AI tools from Google; applying AI in research, learning about business ideas, administration, marketing, customer care, human resource management and production management.

According to Master Tran Minh Trong, AI is a tool that is trained to do the work that humans do automatically, capable of creating ideas, texts, images, videos; doing some administrative work, office work, customer communication... AI brings many benefits to learning and research; increasing labor productivity; entertainment. However, it also brings risks to users, including issues such as: Risk of losing jobs, human dignity, some subjects take advantage of AI for fraudulent purposes.

Therefore, when using AI, MSc. Tran Minh Trong noted, enterprises need to have a strategy of "playing, learning, working" with AI. When using AI, they also need to be responsible and ethical in using it, focusing on "real goods, real quality", respecting the ideas and copyrights of AI, ensuring the principle of "learning to play is free to use, but when working, you must invest in using paid applications to ensure quality".

In this training course, businesses also had the opportunity to conduct market research for business products and services, find ideas, plan and develop business projects as well as manage and do business with some AI applications.
