According to information from the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province, recently, the media and social networks have posted many cases of students forming groups on social networks to attack, cause conflicts and entice them to participate in violence, seriously affecting theeducational environment and causing public outrage.

Binh Dinh provincial leaders have received reports of school violence involving female students in Phu Cat district and An Nhon town. However, these reports only stop at the reporting level without clearly analyzing the causes and not providing timely preventive measures.

The Chairman of Binh Dinh Province has requested the Chairman of Phu Cat District People's Committee and An Nhon Town to direct relevant agencies to investigate the cause and take specific corrective measures. At the same time, strictly handle individuals and groups related to school violence cases, and report the results before May 15.

The provincial chairman also requested the Department of Education and Training and the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to strengthen propaganda, moral education and life skills for students. Schools need to build a friendly environment, implement the movement of studying Ho Chi Minh's ideology and issue a code of conduct in schools.

At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the responsibility of managers and teachers in preventing and stopping school violence, closely coordinating with parents to grasp the feelings of students. Students also need to be encouraged to participate in preventing and denouncing acts of violence.

The Chairman of Binh Dinh Province also requested the Provincial Police to direct the investigation and strictly handle acts of school violence. Since March 23, there have been 4 cases of secondary school students being beaten in An Nhon town, Phu Cat district and Tuy Phuoc district.
