Chairwoman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Council Nguyen Thi Le visited and wished longevity to outstanding elderly people

On the afternoon of June 6, on the occasion of the 84th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnamese Elderly (June 6, 1941 - June 6, 2025), the delegation of Ho Chi Minh City led by Comrade Nguyen Thi Le, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council, visited and wished longevity to outstanding elderly people in District 11.

The delegation visited Ms. Ho Thi Thien (born in 1935, residing in Ward 1), retired cadre, 64-year Party member, former Principal of Nguyen Van Cu Party School.

Next, the delegation visited Ms. Nguyen Thi Phe (born in 1935, residing in Ward 3), who enjoys the same policy as a 2/4 class disabled soldier, was imprisoned by the enemy, and was exposed to toxic chemicals with a damage rate of 41% to 60%. She currently lives with her grandchild's family.

At the places she visited, Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council Nguyen Thi Le kindly asked about their health and life and wished them a happy, healthy and long life with their children and grandchildren.
