The President of the American Semiconductor Society highly appreciated the values ​​of SHTP.

On December 8, in Ho Chi Minh City, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Anh Thi, Head of the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park (SHTP) received Mr. John Neuffer, President of the Semiconductor Society of America (SIA) and members of SIA who visited and learned about SHTP's activities.

At the meeting, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Anh Thi introduced SHTP, organized a tour of Intel Vietnam factory; Electronic and Semiconductor Center (ESC) - a cooperation model between SHTP Training Center and Sun Edu International Education Joint Stock Company (SunEdu).

At ESC, the delegation also visited the training class on microchip design based on EDA software tools of Sysnopsys and Cadence. Mr. John Neuffer highly appreciated this training model and said that it is extremely important in the development of the semiconductor microchip field and is also a good condition to attract investment.

SHTP Management Board has shown that this is the best environment for the semiconductor industry, such as strategic location, traffic connection, complete infrastructure, flexible incentive policies, especially the advantage of available high-quality human resources and a developed industry ecosystem and is the top choice for semiconductor companies to establish research centers, design semiconductors, build chip packaging and testing factories... and received the consensus and high appreciation of SIA members.

Through the visit and learning about SHTP's activities, Mr. John Neuffer and SIA members highly appreciated the investment environment as well as the advantages of SHTP and from here also opened up prospects in cooperation and investment in developing the semiconductor industry for Vietnam in general and Ho Chi Minh City in particular, in which SHTP plays a pioneering role.
